NUT days are over!

I’m sick of feeling guilty and miserable every time after craving nuts, bread, biscuits and all kinds of food that makes mind unconscious. Here are some ways to deal with it.

1. Take a hot shower;

2. Drink a hot tea;

3. Put on some relaxing music, like yoga music, Bonobo or Nicolas Jaar could also be a good choice;

4. Stop for a moment, even 1 minute is long enough to let the “full-signal” go to the brain;

5. Open the windows, doors, let the fresh air in and deep breath.

Last but not the least, simply not to buy these “dangerous” things.
